This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.

It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent and CSR also given in CSR No.27 of 2019 dated 13.02.2019, on the said complaint.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after due enquiry with the petitioners and the counter party, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
