(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to initiate enforcement action pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2023.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the respondents have now taken enforcement action as against the private respondents and that therefore, this writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Since the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous, it follows that no further order or direction is necessary from this Court.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. No costs. (S.S.S.R., J.)
