Today, when the appeal is taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. The learned counsel appearing for respondents alone appeared before this Court, through Video Conferencing.
2. On verification of records, it appears that previously, when the matter was posted on 29.04.2021 also, the counsel appearing for the appellants, had not appeared before this Court and thus, the appeal is listed today, under the caption, 'for dismissal'.
3. Hence, in view of the above, the instant Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No Costs.
