Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to regularize the services of the Petitioners from their date of appointment, by virtue of G.O.(Ms) No.151, dated 16.10.2008, issued by Government of Tamil Nadu, Social Welfare (Ms) Nutrition Meal Scheme (Sa.Na.4) Department, and consequently, directing the Respondents to grant all consequential service benefits like seniority, promotion, pay scale, etc. to the Petitioners.

Petitioners have come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents to regularize their services from the date of their appointment, by virtue of G.O.(Ms) No.151, dated 16.10.2008, issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu, Social Welfare (Ms) Nutrition Meal Scheme (Sa.Na.4) Department, and for a consequential direction to the Respondents to grant all consequential service benefits like seniority, promotion, pay scale, etc. to them.
According to the Petitioners, they have put in more than ten years of continuous service and are fully eligible for regularization under G.O.(Ms) No.151, dated 16.10.2008. It is their grievance that, in spite of a lapse of so many years, their services are yet to be regularized and they are continued to be paid with consolidated pay and in that regard, they have also submitted a representation dated 26.05.2020 to the Respondents. It is seen that, the Petitioners have also approached the Apex Court in W.P.(C) No.148 of 2021 and by an order dated 11.02.2021, the said Writ Petition was dismissed with liberty to the Petitioners to approach this Court. Thereafter, Petitioners have come up with the above Writ Petition.
Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the Respondents herein to consider the case of the Petitioners individually, based on their representation dated 26.05.2020, after affording them an opportunity of personal hearing and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
