[This case has been heard through video conference] This court, by order dated 03.11.2020 in W.P.No.15539 of 2020, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2019 and conduct an enquiry by calling the petitioner and also by providing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cont.P.No.419 of 2021 opportunity to the petitioner and the 7th respondent and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Alleging contempt of order of this court, the petitioner has come forward with the present contempt petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the order of this court, the respondent has conducted enquiry and passed a final order on 30.03.2021.

3. Considering the fact that the the respondent has already passed an order pursuant to the order of this court, no further adjudication is required in this matter.
