This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the records in C.C.No.06 of 2025 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV,

Vellore and quash the same in so far as the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
