PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P. No.1087 of 2025 on 21.01.2025 by this Court to report before the respondent police, everyday at 6.30 pm, until further orders.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P. No.1087 of 2025 on 21.01.2025 by this Court "to report before the respondent police, everyday at 6.30 pm, until further orders". 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1087 of 2025 on 21.01.2025 is totally relaxed.
