2. The first respondent remained ex parte before the Tribunal.

The learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant sought permission of this Court to dispense with the notice to the first respondent and has made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered.
