This writ petition has been filed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2015 and take action against the alleged unapproved layout in the neighboring land.

2. No representation on the side of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that subsequently the layout has been approved by a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.354082018 on 10.09.2018 and the regulated layout has also been granted in Regulated Layout No.714 of 2018. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Such view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
