This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.04.2015 passed in IA.No.7264 of 2015 in OS.No.4310 of 2014 on the file of VII Assistant Judge City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.
