(Judgment of this Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH.J,) By consent of both the parties, this Criminal Appeal is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

2. As against the order dated 01.02.2025, rejecting the petitioner's request for grant of interim bail, the present Criminal Appeal has been filed.

3. Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that since the petitioner intends to attend the puberty function of his daughter on 21.02.2025, his request for grant of interim bail may be considered for two days.

4. In consideration of such submission made, the petitioner is granted interim bail commencing from 05.00 p.m of today (i.e) 19.02.2025 till 10.00 a.m of 24.02.2025. During the period of interim bail, the petitioner herein shall not leave the territorial police limits of

Kulamangalam Police Station and shall also report before the Inspector of Police, Alanganalur H6 Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m.
