ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein was arrested on 12.02.2022 for possessing 110 litres of Pondy ID Arrack and 40 liquor bottles (Each 180 m.l.). 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that there are 10 previous cases against this petitioner and her husband is a bootlegger, who is absconding in connection with the other case.

3.In view of the said fact, this court finds no reason to release the petitioner on bail before the completion investigation.
