The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the current paper is pending against the petitioner and the enquiry will be completed within three weeks if the petitioner cooperates without any deviation.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner herein to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required and to cooperate for the enquiry and on such cooperation, there shall be no coercive steps against the petitioner till the completion of the enquiry.
