This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30637 of 2022 dated 15.12.2022 in para 5(a) as follows :- "5.(a) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the credit of Ramakrishna Math, No.31, Ramakrishna Math Road, Mylapore, Chennai600 004 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the court below."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as he is an agriculturist and he was also arrested by the respondent police in some other case, he is not able to arrange the conditional amount as directed by this court within the time. Hence, the present petition has been filed to modify the condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition seems to be justifiable, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of to the credit of Ramakrishna Math, No.31, Ramakrishna Math Road, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 30637 of 2022 vide order dated 15.12.2022 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 17.03.2023 rpp 2/3
