ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application for sub division of patta transfer vide Can No.0331802104097 and application No.2020/0105/18/138763 dated 04.08.2020 within a stipulated time.

2.Ms.A.B.Rehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the first Respondent and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 10.06.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the first respondent.
