2.C.M.P.No.5513 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatment caused due to the death of 1st respondent in the above C.R.P.

3.C.M.P.No.5514 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 4 to 7 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondents and rank them as respondents 4 to 7 in the above C.R.P.

4.Even though C.M.P.Nos.5513 and 5514 of 2023 have not been listed today, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, these petitions stand allowed.
