2. Heard Mr.P.Elaya Rajkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.John J Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

Mr.S.John J Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader has filed compliance affidavits sworn to by Mr.G.S.Sameeran, I.A.S., District Collector, Coimbatore and Dr.S.Vineeth, I.A.S., District Collector (District Magistrate), Tiruppur District, wherein, it is stated that they have complied with the order dated 21.04.2016.

4. Mr.P.Elaya Rajkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the order dated 21.04.2016 has been complied with by the respondent in letter and spirit.
