JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.4242 of 2022 IN CRL OP.12258 of 2020 R.MANIBALA [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REPRESENTED BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, CENTRAL CRIME BRANCH-I, BANK FRAUD WING,TEAM-XXXI, CHENNAI-600008 (CRIME NO.09 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall report the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet in Crl.M.P.No. 9457 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 12558 of 2020 vide order dated on 06.10.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.THAMARAISELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.9457 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.12258 of 2020 dated 06.10.2021. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
