P.THAMARAISELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.9457 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.12258 of 2020 dated 06.10.2021. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
