ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.D.Aruna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2.
2. The petitioner is seeking directions to respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the illegal construction made by the third respondent in Door No.385 situated in Plot No.7A situated at Pallikaranai Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District comprised in S.No.668.
3. The learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 stated that the site concerned was inspected and thereafter by notice dated 2.4.2019 the third respondent was requested to produce the copy of the approved plan. The said notice also stated that if the third respondent failed to comply with the notice within the stipulated time, the authority will be constrained to take action, including locking and sealing of the premises, and further action under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.
4. Thus, it is seen that the authorities are taking action in relation to the unauthorized construction put up by the third respondent.
In view of the above, no further orders are necessary at this stage. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
