ORDER

Seeking to transfer O.P.No.503 of 2013 now pending on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, to the file of the Subordinate Court, Nilgiris, the petitioners had preferred the above 1/5

Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents submits that they have no objection for the aforesaid transfer.

3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records.

4.Considering the fact that the suit which is originally filed on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Nilgiris, in the year 2011 and the matter is now at the stage of trial, directions are issued to the learned Subordinate Judge, Nilgiris, to dispose of the suit on priority basis within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and O.S.No.503 of 2013 is withdrawn from the file of II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court at Nilgiris. No costs.
