This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for records in the proceedings of the respondent in RC.No.R1/4344/2011 dated 25.08.2012 quash the same and direct the respondent to conduct the physical efficiency test to the petitioner once again in a stipulated place and permit him to take part in the physical efficiency test.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on earlier occasion i.e., on 02.02.2024, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned on 07.02.2024 under the caption "For Orders". Even on 07.02.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court has directed the Registry to list the matter on 08.02.2024 under the caption "For Dismissal".
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared for Page No.2 of 5
