O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents1 to 4 made a submission that the complaint given by the petitioner was considered and a committee was constituted. The committee conducted an enquiry and the petitioner had not given her explanation or deposed before the committee. However, the committee passed a resolution.

2. Accordingly, the individual, against whom the complaint was filed made an undertaking that they will not indulge in any such activities in future. Accordingly the complaint was closed.

3. Thus, no further adjudication is required and consequently, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
