This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocates Clerk Association, Chennai A/c. No. 484026006, Indian Bank, High Court Branch IFSC No.IDIB000M157 in the above Crl.O.P.No.31600 of 2022 dated 22.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as he is an agriculturist, he is not able to mobilise the amount to deposit to the credit of crime number as directed by this court. Hence, the present petition has been filed to modify the condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition seems to be justifiable, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the 1/3

petitioner shall deposit the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the credit of Tamil Nadu Advocates Clerk Association, Chennai A/c. No. 484026006, Indian Bank, High Court Branch IFSC No.IDIB000M157 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 31600 of 2022 vide order dated 22.12.2022 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 17.03.2023 rpp 2/3
