There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 19.09.2019, under the caption "For dismissal", or for the appearance of the petitioner and for both side arguments.
3. Even though the matter is posted today (19.09.2019) for dismissal, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.
