Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 20.02.2020 regarding issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of property in Survey No.313/56 to the extent of 150.23 Sq.Mts at 122/245, Anna Salai, Nemili, Ranipet District and vacate the 5th to 7th respondents. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 20.02.2020 regarding issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of property in Survey No.313/56 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extent of 150.23 Sq.Mts at 122/245, Anna Salai, Nemili, Ranipet District and vacate the 5th to 7th respondents. 2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 11.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the fourth respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from 11.05.2021.
