ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.12.2019 vide CSR.No.513 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that on receipt of the complaint dated 21.12.2019, CSR.No.513 of 2019 was issued and after conducting preliminary enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 21.12.2019. He further submitted that on receipt of an another complaint dated 05.01.2020, CSR.No.4 of 2020 was issued and after conducting preliminary enquiry, the said complaint was also closed on 05.01.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to closure of the petitioner's complaints. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

5. The third respondent is directed to send an intimation to the petitioner with regard to the closure of the complaint by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
