A.No.4962 of 2019 in C.S.No.625 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the nature of the claim involved in the suit, I am of the opinion that the defendants must be given an opportunity to defend the suit.

2. Hence, this application is allowed, the delay of 90 days in filing the written statement is condoned and the written statement is taken on file.

3. The Registry is directed to post the suit for "Framing Issues" on 30.07.2019.
