(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J) These petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the petitioner/appellant to execute necessary bond before the concerned Registrar, Original Side, High Court, Madras. 2.Mr.P.B.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that O.P.Nos.646 of 1996 and 82 of 2002 were filed for grant of letter of administration and the same were converted into T.O.S.Nos.27 of 1998 and 12 of 2003. The learned Single Judge dismissed both the Suits. The petitioner preferred appeals in O.S.A.Nos.405 and 406 of 2011. During the pendency of the appeals, the matter was settled and the respondent expressed his no objection for grant of letter of administration in favour of the petitioner. However, while allowing these appeals, there was no direction to the appellant to execute necessary bond before the concerned Registrar and hence, these petitions are filed. 1/3
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has no objection in allowing these applications. 4.In view of the above, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. The petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- before the Assistant Registrar, Original side.
