This application has been filed to condone the delay of 374 days in filing the written statement of the defendants in C.S.No.720 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants/defendants. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/plaintiff has no serious objections in allowing this application.

3.In view of the above and being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed and the delay of 374 days in filing the written statement of the defendants, is condoned.
