A Suit seeking recovery of money has been dismissed. The plaintiff was represented by Power of agent.

2. Naturally quite frustrated by that particular judgment, the plaintiff has now taken a decision to pursue the appeal individually. A petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title.

3. In view of the fact that the plaintiff has every right to prosecute the appeal, this petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to number the A.S.(SR).No.37834 of 2020, if it is otherwise in order.
