This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17640 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26204 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26204 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17640 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26204 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 is relaxed.
