ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 02.09.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27425 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri dated 28.11.2015 and a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Krishnagiri dated 12.08.2016 and another proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri dated 16.11.2016. In the aforesaid proceedings, the appeal filed by the petitioner was returned. 3.Thus, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with.
