ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent to register First Information Report on the basis of complaint given by petitioner dated 06.04.2015, registered CSR No.546/CSR/H8PS/2015, within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard Mr.I.Arockia Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.546/CSR/H8PS/2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.546/CSR/H8PS/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
