Mr.D.Suriyanarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to furnish the copies of A Register, Adangal, Chitta for New Survey Nos.168/1, 2, 4 and Old Survey https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.107, Nellivasal Village, Tirupathur Taluk, Vellore District, as per the proceedings of the 1st respondent in OMR S1/18092/2016 dated 10.02.2017.

3. Heard Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. It is seen that the first respondent District Collector has already informed the petitioner through his proceedings dated 10.02.2017 to approach the Village Administrative Officer namely, the third respondent herein and get all the documents, which are required by the petitioner. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that though such request was made before the respondents 2 and 3, they have not furnished the same so far.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the third respondent to consider and decide the same. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the third respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
