The civil revision petition is filed to direct the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, Vridachalam to dispose of IA.No.1 of 2024 in OS.No.4 of 2013, within a time frame.

2. A perusal of the records would indicate that service of notice on respondents 6 to 9 and 13 is yet to be completed. The petitioner has not taken steps to serve respondents 6 to 9 and 13. In fact a perusal of the B diary extracts would clearly show that batta has not been paid by the plaintiff to serve respondents 6 to 9 and 13. 3/6

3. In these circumstances, the petition seeking an early disposal cannot be entertained at this juncture. The civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs.
