This Court in WMP.No.16732 of 2025 in WP.No.14833 of 2025 has stayed the Lok Adalat award, which is the genesis for the writ petition filed by the petitioner herein, namely WP.No.8337 of 2024.

2. This Court in the above referred WMP has passed the following order:

"2.Considering the prima facie case made out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, there shall be an order of interim stay of all further proceedings of the Lok Adalat award passed in Lok Adalat Case No.118 of 2022 in ID.No.34 of 2021 dated 29.06.2022 on the file of the 4th respondent, pending disposal of the above writ 2/4

petition".
