This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.4.2015, registered as CSR No.156 of 2015, within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 14.4.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR 156 of 2015 and the same was closed on 15.4.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
