Cont.P.No.525 of 2022 representation has been considered. Since the order of the Writ Court dated 22.10.2021 was only for a direction to consider the petitioner's representation on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, this Court is of the view that the order has been complied with. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved against the order passed on 16.03.2022, liberty is hereby granted to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
2. As such, the disobedience alleged, cannot be termed as wilful in nature and hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
