Defendants This Civil Suit is filed under Order IV Rule 1 of the Madras High Court Original Side Rules read with Order VII, Rule 1 of CPC, prayed for a judgment and decree against the Defendants:- a).For a declaration that the appointment of the 3rd defendant by the 1st defendant as Clergy Trustee of the plaintiff trust is invalid and null and void;
b).For a permanent injunction restraining the 3rd defendant or anyone claiming any right under him from acting as Clergy Trustee of the plaintiff trust.
