O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the petitioner's daughter had gone missing from 07.02.2024, she had given a complaint to the 2nd respondent police on 08.02.2024, which was registered in FIR No.100/2024 under the caption 'Girl missing'. In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, after filing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the petitioner's minor daughter was secured and her care and custody has been handed over to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and hence no further orders are required. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
