ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.,J) The relief sought for in this petition is for a direction, directing the respondents to provide escort enabling the petitioner's husband Mr.Somu alias Somasundaram, Son of Subramani,Ct No.571 now confined in Central Prison I, Puzhal, Chennai 600 006, to avail of three days emergency leave already granted by the 2nd respondent.

The learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, has brought to the knowledge of this Court that the Detenue had already been released on Bail pursuant to the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Since the Detenue was already released on bail, he has not been confined in the Central Prison I, Puzhal, Chennai 600 006. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of other grounds raised in this habeas corpus petition and the same stands closed.
