Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the second respondent in connection with the impugned order in PR.No.91/PR.II(1)/2011CPONo.508/2013andPR.No.91/PR.II (2)/2013(PR.No.E1/01/2010) dated 22.02.2013 of the second respondent and the said order also modified by the first respondent in Rc.No.81014/PR-II(2)/2011 dated 06.05.2014, and to quash the same.
