NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the above revision. 2.The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is presently sick and soon he will surrender before the trial Court and prays that delay to be condoned.

3.Mr.S.Raja Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent and submits that the petitioner suffered two consecutive findings against him for offence under Section 304-A of I.P.C. and opposed for allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for Admission on 21.03.2024.
