[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Captioned 'Writ Petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of convenience and clarity) pertains to leave for a Convict Prisoner who is lodged in Parappana Agrahara Central Prison, Bangalore, State of Karnataka. Therefore, Ms.K.Akshaya, learned counsel on record for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned WP, made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: 2.Learned counsel on record for the petitioner reiterates the 2/4

aforementioned endorsement but made a request of preserving all the rights and contentions of the petitioner, Convict Prisoner and or anyone concerned for the Convict Prisoner to move the jurisdictional Court i.e., Court with territorial jurisdiction with same / similar prayer. Request acceded to. 3.Captioned WP is disposed of as closed albeit preserving all the rights and contentions of all concerned in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
