O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein viz., The Inspector of Police, Gingee Police Station, Villupuram District to complete the investigation in the above case in Cr.No.295 of 2016 and file a final report.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.295 of 2016 and charge sheet is also made ready to be filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. For filing the charge sheet, he seeks time.

3.The above statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded and the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing of the charge sheet, the learned Magistrate shall proceed and pass appropriate orders. 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
