This Court by an order dated 18.06.2021, directed the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri to dispose of S.C.No.3 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri vide letter dated 15.2.2022 sought three months time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.3 of 2020. Subsequently, by another letter dated 20.01.2023 the learned Judge sought further period of two months time.

3.Taking into consideration of the above request, this Court grants two months time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court dated 18.06.2021. It is made clear that no further time will be granted.
