This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 26.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4339 of 2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents produced a copy of the proceedings vide Ref.No.AB2/1202/2021, dated 19.03.2022 passed by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Head of Forest Force), Chennai, and submitted that, the order under contempt has been complied with. 3.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioners are aggrieved by the said proceedings of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Chennai, it is open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law.
