O R D E R

At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the leaned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 8.6.2011, in W.P.No.13167 of 2011, had been complied with. He had also placed before this Court the proceedings of the respondent, dated 16.7.2013, in support of his submission. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the contempt petition stands closed. However, it goes without saying that it may be open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings issued by the respondent, dated 16.7.2013, if he is aggrieved by the said proceedings, before the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law. No costs.
