ORDER

The writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd Respondent to pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 29.05.2012 and to pay actual salary for the period from July 2009 to March 2010, and the salary from April 2010 to December 2011 and MACP benefits and revised salary from 2008, bonus for the years 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and medical claim to the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned Special Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents that the above representation has been considered and orders have been passed.

3. The above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents is admitted to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of, as nothing survives for adjudication. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the orders passed pursuant to the representation, if it has not been challenged thusfar. No costs.
