This writ petition has been filed against the Termination order passed by the Executive committee of the PRD-77, Renganathapuram Milk Producers Co-operative Society and to quash the same.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that consequent upon the passing of the termination order, the petitioner has raised an industrial dispute which is pending before the Deputy Commissioner of Labour (Dairy).

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in accordance with law in the pending industrial dispute. No Costs.
